Macao Studio City Fully Supports Macao Quest For Talent
August 16, 2007 ¡X Macao Studio City participated in a press conference to launch a talent search competition called "Quest For Talent". The event is organized by East Asia Entertainment and sponsored by Macao Studio City and CTM. Macao Studio City's participation at this event demonstrated its commitment to support the development and promotion of local Macanese talent in performing arts, helping the Macao community to create an entertainment industry which did not exist before. This is in line with the company strategy to support the long-term sustainable development of Macao.
Speaking at the launch press conference, Ambrose Cheung, co-chief executive officer of Macao Studio City said, "Macao Studio City is delighted to support Quest For Talent in pursuit of Macao's future stars. Quest for Talent is only our first step; we will introduce other programs in the near future which demonstrate our commitment to the Macao community as a whole. For example, we will provide training for hospitality, F&B, retail industry disciplines, as well as rolling out support programs for SMEs, and other historical and cultural preservation initiatives. We are excited about the development of Macao, and as part of this community, we are committed to support this healthy and sustainable growth."
